ABOUT US
Nigerian Community in Milwaukee – NCIM, is a Non Profit Community based organization which has been in existence since the 1980s as an informal Association forum for Nigerian students and Educators in the various institutions of Higher learning in the Milwaukee Area to meet and interact with each other and the larger community.
In 1991 NCIM was formally incorporated as a Non Profit 501c(3) organization. Our main focus is to provide positive contributions to the overall development of Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin.
NCIM EXECUTIVE
President
Didacus Udeoji
He sees to the progress of the organization. He makes sure that the organization
maintain its leadership in promoting Education and the contribution to the overall development of Milwaukee by
actively participating in the affairs of the City and County of Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin.
Vice president
Bunmi Olapo
He assists the president move the organization to the next level. He oversees all events organized
by the organization.
General Secretary
Emeka Amazu
He records the votes and keep the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the board and general
meeting. He serves notice of all meetings; keep appropriate records of members of the corporation.
Financial Secretary
Dayo Akande
He handles books of account and outsource the necessary resources to conduct an annual
audit of the organization. He prepares annual financial report of the organization.
Treasurer
Israel Chimezie
He handles all funds and banking record. Also prepares and present the financial report of the
corporation at the general meeting.

He handles all external communications and initiate image enhancement to the community
we serve.
OUR OBJECTIVES
To foster unity among and promote the welfare of its members.
To exercise leadership in promoting the art, culture, heritage, and overall development of Nigeria.
To contribute to the overall development of Milwaukee by actively participating in the affairs of the City and County of Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin.
To do all and everything necessary, suitable, and proper for the accomplishment of any of the purposes or attainment of the objectives mentioned above either alone or in Corporation with other individuals, corporations or partners, and including federal, state, county, and municipal bodies and authorities.
